Welcome everyone! We are proud to announce the launch of our free weekly blog - "Poker Playbook." This is the first of many. We will uncover poker secrets, provide tangible advise, and teach you how to think about the game so that you can crush the low and medium stakes. At Ultimate Poker Academy, we want everybody to get better at poker because it will improve the overall poker ecosystem by elevating the game and forcing the best players to get even better.

He is also passionate about teaching and excited to share his poker knowledge with students.
What To Expect
In this free blog, we will uncover poker insights to elevate your game. Some of the blogs will be about specific poker topics, others will be hand reviews, and still others will be general learning topics having to do with skill acquisition or how to think about poker in a general sense. We will deal with technical topics, exploitative topics, and psychological topics.
There is some debate among poker professionals about providing free information, so I want to include two major disclaimers below:
Full disclosure #1: These blogs might be long. While we fully recognize the marketing power of short blogs, we refuse to skimp on valuable information. If UPA is the Bloomberg Terminal of poker improvement, then everything about our product must follow in line. For anybody who does not have time to read the entire blog, we are including a “TLDR;” section at the bottom of each blog that summarizes it in a one paragraph.
Full disclosure #2: Is publishing so much free information a good idea? Does it hurt poker players' win rates? The answer is, frankly, that we don’t care. More poker knowledge is better for everyone, and access to information helps the entire ecosystem. We want people to get good; it will drive the people who are already good to get even better. So bring it on.
TLDR:
This free blog will be published weekly, and provide key insights on poker and general improvement. The writers are not only professional players, but also obsessed with skill acquisition, thought process, and teaching tangible skills. The blogs won’t usually be short, but they’ll be summarized at the end. Publishing free detailed information might be risky, but we firmly believe that everybody getting better at poker will force the best to get better and improve the overall poker ecosystem.
